Manufacturing Futures seek to appoint a Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop and deploy systems, thinking and behaviours throughout an expanding manufacturing business in Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an engineer (maintenance, production, quality… any engineering discipline is fine) and a real passion for continuous improvement. Attitude and a continuous improvement mindset is the most important thing. Graduates with some exposure to CI and a desire to learn more would enjoy this role.
