Due to extensive growth, they are expanding and recruiting for a Compliance Technician.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, your role will be to monitor the safety and due diligence of the site, the QMS system, legal and customer compliance, and raw material supply management.
Your Responsibilities:
– Conducting fabrication audits
– Surplus stock & waste champion within the technical department
– Controlling the site’s procedures to control the handling of surplus stock & waste to ensure that safety and legality are maintained
– Logging and monitoring of surplus and waste stock
– Ensure the allergen verification testing is carried out in line with the predetermined frequencies
– Supporting internal compliance with BRCGS and customer standards
– Key supporting role with customer complaints
Your Experience:
– Experience/knowledge of Microbiological and Allergen
– Ideally experience in a similar role within food manufacturing
– Excellent Excel skills
– Ability to analyse and trend data
– Forward thinking and ability to use own initiative
– Good attention to detail
