We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cloud Manager to join a business in the United Arab Emirates!
You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role requires expertise in SAP public cloud, private cloud, and SaaS solutions, as well as hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and implementation of SAP infrastructure and cloud solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
– Develop strategies to optimise system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
– Set up and maintain SAP cloud environments accurately and consistently.
– Implement necessary security measures to keep SAP operating environments safe and secure.
– Perform updates to SAP software and related hardware as required to maintain optimal performance.
– Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in SAP cloud management and Azure to drive continuous improvement.
– Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and SAP initiatives.
– Automate repetitive tasks & processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability in SAP environments.
– Evaluate and identify optimal SAP cloud solutions in collaboration with engineering and development teams.
What You’ll Need:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
– Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert/Administrator, SAP Certified Technology Associate, or similar credentials.
– Commitment to continuous learning, including obtaining SAP certifications and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud management roles, with a focus on SAP solutions.
– Experience working with SAP public cloud, private cloud, and SaaS solutions.
– Familiarity with SAP practices and tools.
