A council is currently on the lookout for a clinical system Programme Manager to help implement a clinical health system (RIO). Details are as follows:
Start: ASAP
Initial Contract: 6 months (part-time basis)
Location: London (Flexible)
Day Rate: TBC | Inside IR35
Your Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic direction and leadership on relevant workstreams.
– Oversee the programme team to deliver business change.
– Engage with stakeholders across the council to deliver the clinical health system.
Your Qualifications/Experience:
– Educated to Masters level or equivalent clinical system experience in the public sector. (RIO experience advantageous)
– Extensive experience of leading local authority system implementation programmes (working knowledge of IT Systems).
– Experience around health data systems advantageous.
– Experience with the NHS and/or Council experience in the last 3 years.
