Chief Financial Officer | £60k – £70k | South West
Education Futures are currently working with a Multi Academy Trust to appoint a dynamic CFO in the South West of England. As the new CFO you will continue to drive performance improvement, and will work with the Senior Executive Leadership Team and the Board to implement the strategic direction for the next five years and beyond.
The Trust has a strong focus on school improvement. The Majority of the schools within the trust are currently Good or Outstanding and there is a strong positive momentum towards Good for all schools in the Trust.
Financially the Trust has made significant progress, following the implementation of a new Trust wide finance system and improved financial planning systems and operational processes, alongside a revision of governance arrangements.
As the new CFO you will be joining a dedicated and supportive team and will have the opportunity to work with the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Education, Chief Operating Officer, and Board of Directors to help shape the way in which the Trust governs, supports, and leads its schools to positively impact the education and development of the Trust’s 7,300 pupils, within a caring community, over seven local authorities.
Salary £60,000-£70,000 per year with appropriate pension scheme, with flexible working between home and Head Office and schools within the trust.
