About the role


Futures are looking for a number of Call Centre Advisor positions for our client near central Leeds. Earn more than you can in a typical contact centre whilst working somewhere with a fantastic atmosphere and great prospects for career progression Do you have a successful call centre background but want to progress to a more financially rewarding role?

Monday – Friday (9 -5.30) with overtime available during busy periods, flexible working with a work/home balance, and genuine progression opportunities. Excellent salary on offer with this is full time role plus a bonus paid quarterly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Have the ability to challenge customers
* Have persuasion skills and be able to handle objections
* Able to work as part of a team. Friendly, polite and helpful
* Demonstrable sales and service capability
* Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
* Utilise all appropriate selling techniques

Essential:
* Self-motivated and committed to continuous self-development
* Able to use effective questioning and listening skills to gather; disseminate and apply appropriate process/procedures to information.
* Good Computer literacy with excellent keyboard skills.
* Excellent English verbal and written skills.
* Ensures good customer relations are maintained.
* Working effectively with all other sales and marketing functions to grow/manage accounts.
