Business Development Manager – Modular Buildings

Our client is one of the longest-standing providers of portable accommodation in the UK. They are both profitable and have a reputation for looking after their employees, and are now searching for a new Business Development Manager to join the team!
Your Role and Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound enquiries, to take them from an initial lead to a concrete requirement ready to be quoted.
– Attend trade shows to develop relationships to generate future enquiries.
– Make visits to customer premises to promote product range.
– Enjoy face-to-face customer engagement.
Your Skills and Abilities:
– Willingness to travel when needed to visit customers.
– Previous experience in modular buildings, ideally offering a bespoke solution.
– Knowledge of modular buildings sold within Education, non-clinical Healthcare, and the provision of modular buildings across most sectors (manufacturing, waste, utilities, councils and local authorities etc.).
– Solid commercial experience in nurturing initial leads into proposals worth quoting for.
