We have a very exciting opportunity for a Business Design Analyst to join a large police-affiliated organisation in London!
This role is hybrid with project-dependent flexibility, based on the requirement to work in sensitive environments. 2/3 days per week will be spent in the London Office.
Minimum Vetting Requirements: SC or DV Cleared!
Your Skills and Experience:
– Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and risk management.
– Experience in undertaking analytical activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex or incomplete data to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.
– Experience in building confidence with various stakeholders, managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities.
– Experience working in developing Target Operating Models relating to re-designing organisations, based on changes to strategic direction, problems or efficiencies.
– Experience working in Policing or the Public Sector.
