Futures have a new exciting opportunity available for an Area Visual Merchandiser covering the South East. Our client offers a great working atmosphere in a small established team. The role comes with a great benefits package including Company Car, Mobile and Laptop.
In this role you will be on the road frequently and need to have a current full driving licence and be willing to do around 20,000 miles per year in your company vehicle visiting stores throughout the South of England to carry out merchandising activity and to build long lasting store relationships.

You will be creating an unforgettable visual experience whilst maintaining high standards throughout your area.
Making confident executive decisions for your stores based on your commercial awareness and understanding of company guidelines and commercial sales reports
Providing support for stores, helping Store Managers and In Store Visual Merchandisers to apply their visual instructions to a high standard
To manage the visual implementation within new store openings, shop re-fits and model store set ups
You will keep your stores up to date with the latest trends and seek improvements with your keen eye for detail, natural creativity and knowledge of competitors
Work closely with the Head Office team, Area Managers, Store Managers and In Store Visual Merchandisers and maintaining regular feedback and reports on relevant merchandising issues.

To be successful, it is essential you are already an experienced Area Visual Merchandiser. You will be self-motivated, organised, have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and manage work priorities across multiple sites.
Ideally worked with building products. (Plastics)
Previous management of other Area Visual Merchandisers or In Store Visual Merchandisers at Area or Region level is also beneficial. Due to the nature of this role you will also need to be located in the South of England and have a full driving licence.
