We are a successful recruitment agency looking to add enthusiastic, competitive and well-organised individuals to our team as Associate Consultants!
You will join at the Associate Consultant level – supporting our team in a wide range of tasks including:
• Candidate attraction and talent pooling – ensuring we have available candidates to meet the demand
• Sales support – supporting consultants in marketing our services to clients
• Data Quality management – improving the data held in our systems
• Compliance – liaising with our compliance and finance teams to make sure placements are smooth and efficient
• Administration – arranging meetings, formatting documents and using a range of IT products
You will spend a lot of time talking to people – building relationships, gaining trust and identifying areas we can help with, so you must be a confident speaker and communicator.
There are opportunities to earn commission in this role and progress through our company structure into consultant, senior consultant and management roles – for those that wish to.
We have an in-house training programme to equip you with the skills required in our systems and processes, but you will need to be a self-starter and motivated to make an impact from day one.
A background in recruitment, sales support or marketing is advantageous, as is experience in making either outbound calls or will help in this role but above all, we are looking for an individual that can bring a particular level of enthusiasm to the team and show a genuine interest in the work that they do; this is the most important factor for being a part of this successful and dynamic sales team.
Our Public Sector team provides specialist staff to interesting and often high-profile projects in the public sector – we work with councils, police forces and NHS trusts to help them deliver critical projects.
