At Futures we are looking to appoint an Assembly Operator for a manufacturer based in South Yorkshire. Our client design and manufactures bespoke electronic products for a range of industries including aerospace, oil & gas and rail. Our client has a fantastic reputation in the industry and is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to be part of the box build team.
The successful Assembly Operator will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of products.
The operative appointed will need to have and understanding of box builds and have some soldering experience
Assembly Operator / Production / Manufacturing / Electronics / PCB / Box Build / Soldering
* Ensure that products go out in full and on time
* Support the shop floor and assist with resolving production issues as and when required
* Ensure that all work is manufactured in accordance with the production plan and to the correct quality standard and meet the customer delivery dates;

* Must have experience soldering
* Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing factory environment
* The ability to read, understand and follow the relevant worksheet instructions.
* The ability to measure sizes accurately with the relevant measuring tools.
* A great attitude and desire to perform well
