No cuts to workforces despite fall in employer confidence

Research into the UK’s employment market reveals that 64 per cent of employers will maintain their existing headcount, and that 24 per cent of employers in fact plan to take on more permanent staff during the next three months. Just 3 per cent of employers expect to shrink their permanent workforce within that timeframe.
